Pray and ask the Holy Spirit to breathe new life over any dryness in your soul and body 

Ask the Holy Spirit to restore joy where there’s sorrow and rest where there’s weariness 

Declare that you have entered into a new season of refreshing times in the presence of God

Thank God for making you a well watered garden and a Spring of life
