The Prosperity of Your Soul
Prosperity is more than money or accumulation of wealth. It means to get along well, to have a way open, to thrive, or succeed in every area of your life. Our prosperity is related to the prosperity of our soul. If our soul is wounded, bound and unhealthy, all other aspects of our lives will be negatively affected.
This is one reason why many Christians live defeated, confused, frustrated and unhappy lives. Our destiny matters to God. He desires for us to be complete as we press into what He has designed for us on earth. God is systematically working in our lives to bring us to our destiny. Like the children of Israel, He is working to get us out of bondage into our “Promised Land”.
The Promised land is a type of victorious Christian living. As you prosper in your soul and your spiritual life, all other areas including your health must also prosper. Take a sober reflection on your life; ask yourself this question, “How am I doing physically, emotionally, and financially?”
