God's Guiding Presence

MARCH 22ND, 2022 | TODAY'S DEVOTIONAL: GOD'S GUIDING PRESENCE (PSALM 23:1-2 TPT)

The hand of God is powerful and does miracles and wonders. However, it is not enough to have His hand. When you seek His face, He gives you His hand. The hand of God is redrawn after giving, but the face of God is permanent. No matter how well the promises sound or how blessed you are, or your achievements, a life without the presence of God will be a losing life.

David had a deep understanding of the guiding presence of God. He sees God as a caring and dependable guide, who is the only hope for eternal life.

We cannot succeed in the journey of life without His presence. Our only way forward is a conscious effort to draw closer to God. We must cultivate the habit of creating an atmosphere that attracts God’s presence. We need the Guiding Presence of God to live, and to be successful. The Guiding Presence of God guarantees distinction from others, assures favor, preservation from your enemies, gives you divine rest and provision.

1. Pray that the Great Shepherd will lead you to a place of true rest.
2. Ask the Lord to lead you to the still waters, the quiet brook of bliss, and refresh your soul.
