Stand Your Ground

We live in a world of many choices and alternatives and so to succeed in life, it is important to be intentional about not getting distracted on the highway to Purpose. There are many side attractions that can easily steal your focus. One of the greatest discoveries in life is that many fail not because they lack talent or ability, but because they got distracted.

The hope of sitting in glory with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and living eternally with Him must become our motivation to stand your ground in the work of the kingdom. Many believers are hesitant in serving, or holding their faith in the Lord because they do not see any results immediately. Many times we quit not because of fear or the pressure but because we lose sight of the goal, or not aware of how close we are to our destination.

If you’re going to succeed in any meaningful endeavor, you’ve got to have tenacity of purpose. Be resolute against side attractions that easily distract you. You must set your face towards your destination and work your way to arriving at that destination. Regardless of the setbacks, you must be steadfast and unmovable. Develop an unwavering tenacity and persistence to make it to your goal.

Ask the Lord to give you tenacity of heart to serve Him without any holdback.
Pray and throw yourself wholly into the work of the Kingdom.
